Yes, we can move to 1024 MB for PHP Execution. The values WP_MEMORY_LIMIT & WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT depends on the php.ini
We have to update the php.ini first for 1024 and then increase WP_MEMORY_LIMIT & WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT

MariaDb dynamically allocates and increase the memory when demand/load increase. This doesn’t required any tweaks
