Therefore, we cannot guarantee the performance or satisfaction of the product once it has been assembled.
However, in the event that you receive a completely wrong product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item, providing detailed information about the discrepancy. We will review your case and, if deemed necessary, arrange for a return and refund.
We currently offer shipping services for our homebrewed amateur radio kits products. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs, including return shipping fees or any customs fees if applicable.
We shipout ready products within 3 days and custom products/assembled products within 5 days.

In the event that you receive a completely wrong product, we will cover the shipping fees for returning the item and shipping the correct product to you.
